Elle brings over 25 years of experience in the architectural-design field, with 17 years specifically focused on representing manufacturers in the furniture industry. Serving Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania, Elle has represented reputable manufacturing companies.
EL&A specializes in the furniture industry, offering expertise in seating, tables, outdoor furniture, acoustical products, textiles, and more. Apart from architects and interior designers, EL&A collaborates with landscapers, recreational shops, aviation designers, and various groups needing furniture or textiles for indoor or outdoor spaces.
About Elle
Elle Neyland, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program in Interior Design, possesses a strong comprehension of architecture and interior spaces. With prior roles as a Designer, Project Manager, and Product Design Manager, she transitioned to the furniture industry as a manufacturer’s representative. Teaching AutoCad at a local college and offering education through IDCEC CEU courses to architecture and design professionals added to her diverse experience.
Her educational journey extended to attaining a Master of Business Administration in International and General Business, with minors in Marketing and Operations enhancing her skills in creating a competitive representative group. Elle remains updated on relevant subjects to ensure her team meets the demands of clients and manufacturers effectively.
In the architectural-design community, Elle serves as a knowledgeable source for furniture, textiles, and architectural-interior accessories. Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys gardening, playing pickleball, hiking, and traveling. Elle is eager to collaborate with you in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania.
