Eliana Lauren & Associates, LLC (EL&A) is a collaborative and proactive manufacturers representative group that places outstanding customer service first. EL&A was formed in 2016 by Eliana (Elle) Neyland.
Elle has worked in the architectural-design community for over 20 years. Fifteen of those years have been dedicated to the furniture industry as a representative for manufacturers. During this time, Elle has been a representative for solid manufacturing companies in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania.
EL&A offers years of experience in the furniture industry, which includes seating, tables, outdoor furniture, acoustical products, accessories, textiles, panel fabrics, draperies, and wall covering. In addition to architects and interior designers, we work with landscapers, recreational and classic vehicle shops, aviation designers, and any group in need of furniture or textiles for interior or exterior spaces.
As a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program for Interior Design, Elle Neyland has a firm understanding of architecture and interior spaces. She worked as a Designer, Project Manager, and Product Design Manager for several years prior to working in the furniture industry as a manufacturer’s representative. She has experience teaching AutoCad at a local college and continues to educate architecture and design professionals through IDCEC CEU courses.
Determining that she would one day operate her own business, Elle furthered her educational pursuits by achieving her Master of Business Administration in International and General Business. Minoring in Marketing and Operations has aided her ability to create and establish a competitive representative group. She continues to stay current on related topics to ensure her group focuses on meeting the needs of her clientele and manufacturers alike.
Elle is a resource for furniture, textiles, and architectural-interior accessories within the architectural-design community. She is looking forward to working with you. Send her an email to get started on meeting your project’s furniture needs.
