Elle Neyland, founder of Eliana Lauren & Associates, is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program in Interior Design. With a strong foundation in architecture and interior spaces, Elle has held roles as Designer, Project Manager, and Product Design Manager before transitioning into the furniture industry as a manufacturers’ representative. Along the way, she has also shared her expertise by teaching AutoCAD at a local college and delivering IDCEC-accredited CEU courses to architecture and design professionals.

Elle further advanced her business expertise by earning an MBA in International and General Business, with additional concentrations in Marketing and Operations. This unique blend of design knowledge and business acumen fuels her ability to lead a competitive and client-focused representative group.

Today, Elle is recognized in the architectural and design community as a trusted resource for furniture, textiles, and architectural-interior products. She brings a passion for collaboration, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure clients and manufacturers achieve their goals.

With over 30 years in the interior design industry, Lynne brings a wealth of expertise in textiles, finishes, and furniture for both residential and commercial spaces. For the past 25 years, she has specialized in sales, pairing her deep product knowledge with a solutions-driven approach that helps clients achieve their vision. Known for building relationships that last well beyond the office, Lynne is committed to guiding designers and businesses in Michigan toward thoughtful, practical, and creative design solutions.

Outside of work, Lynne draws inspiration from family and creativity. Married for more than 30 years, she’s a proud mom of two daughters—Natalie and Elizabeth—and “puppy mom” to Linus Fitzgerald. When she’s not collaborating with clients, you’ll find her painting, diving into her family’s five-year book club, or enjoying a round of golf with her industry friends. And if there’s a game of Euchre or Catan happening, you can bet Lynne is ready to play!
